We handle server maintenance, network stability, and basic security so you can focus on your projects.
Account Setup & Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Use strong passwords and keep your account secure
- Regularly back up data; Kerit Cloud isn't responsible for loss
- Keep software, plugins, and scripts updated
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Important: You are responsible for all content and activities on your hosted services.
Payments, Billing & Refunds
- All services must be paid before activation
- Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cryptocurrency
- Refunds allowed within 3 days; afterward limited or unavailable
- Payments must be verified; unverified transactions may not be refundable
- Usage-based refunds allowed within 30 days of activation
Prohibited Content & Conduct
Users may not use services for:
- Illegal or harmful activities (malware, spam, hacking, phishing)
- Unauthorized crypto-mining or adult content
- Pirated or copyrighted material
- Hate speech, harassment, or violence
- Anything compromising servers or network
- Violations of Discord TOS, Minecraft EULA, or third-party rules
Warning: Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Support Services
We assist with:
- Server uptime, connectivity, and performance issues
- Hardware failures and basic setup guidance
- Billing, payments, and account inquiries
We do not support custom software installation or advanced OS administration.

Termination Notice
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Non-payment or failed verification
- Violation of these terms or misuse
- Security threats or risks to other users
Notice: Users receive notification 24 hours prior except in security cases. Data is deleted 7 days after closure, unless requested otherwise.
Force Majeure
Kerit Cloud is not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or power outages.
Limitations of Liability
- Services are provided without guarantees.
- Maximum liability is limited to payments in the previous 12 months.
- Kerit Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Security & Infrastructure
- Servers monitored 24/7, with redundant power and multiple connections.
- Hardware failures replaced promptly.
- Basic DDoS and network protections in place.
- Users encouraged to use strong passwords, firewalls, and secure software.
Privacy & Data Handling
- Personal data is never sold.
- Data may be stored temporarily for operations, billing, or legal compliance.
- Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

Security Scanning & File Inspection
To protect the platform, all users, and our infrastructure, KERiT CLOUD reserves the right to automatically scan or inspect any files, code, scripts, or data stored on our servers. This includes but is not limited to:
- Malware or virus detection
- Identifying DDoS tools, botnets, or abusive scripts
- Detecting illegal content, unauthorized mining, or harmful automation
- Ensuring compliance with these Terms
If such content is detected:
- Your service may be suspended or terminated immediately, without prior notice
- Data may be quarantined, removed, or reported if required by law
- No refunds will be issued for violations
By using our service, you explicitly agree that automated systems and authorized staff may inspect your server data when necessary to protect system security and prevent abuse.
Policy Updates
- Terms may be updated; changes communicated 3 days in advance.
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
Governing Law
- Governed by local laws; disputes resolved under applicable jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
- All software and control panels remain Kerit Cloud property.
- Customer content remains yours, may be stored in backups.
