Our uptime commitment, how it's measured, and the credits you're owed if we miss it.
Kerit Cloud guarantees a 99.99% monthly uptime for all paid hosting infrastructure. This corresponds to less than 4 minutes and 23 seconds of unplanned downtime per month.
This SLA applies to all active paid Kerit Cloud services:
Note: Free-tier plans are provided on a best-effort basis and are excluded from financial SLA credit claims.
Monthly uptime percentage is calculated using the standard formula:
Uptime % = ((Total Minutes in Month − Unplanned Downtime Minutes) ÷ Total Minutes) × 100
Downtime is measured by our external multi-region monitoring nodes probing hypervisors at 60-second intervals.
If Kerit Cloud fails to meet the 99.99% uptime target in any billing month, eligible customers may claim service credits:
| Monthly Uptime Percentage | Service Credit Amount |
|---|---|
| 99.00% – 99.98% | 10% of monthly bill |
| 95.00% – 98.99% | 25% of monthly bill |
| Below 95.00% | 50% of monthly bill |
To receive a service credit, you must submit a ticket to billing via email at support@kerit.cloud within 14 days of the downtime incident. Approved credits are applied to future invoice renewals.
Routine hardware upgrades, kernel patches, and network maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance via Discord or email are excluded from downtime calculations.

Service credits are your sole and exclusive financial remedy for any performance failure or uptime outage under this Agreement.
