01What is performance Lavalink hosting?
It is our high-clock managed Lavalink tier running on AMD Ryzen 7 5700X — the same 4.6 GHz silicon as the Kerit Cloud VPS line — instead of the many-core AMD EPYC used on the standard managed plans. The higher single-thread clock speeds up Opus audio encoding and track loading, which lowers playback latency and lets each node carry more simultaneous streams. Six plans start at ₹199/mo with LavaSrc, SponsorBlock and DDoS protection on every tier.
02How is it different from your standard (EPYC) managed Lavalink?
The standard managed line runs on AMD EPYC and is the best value for most music bots. The Performance line runs on AMD Ryzen 7 5700X with a 4.6 GHz boost clock for faster audio encoding and lower latency, plus more RAM, CPU and NVMe at each tier. Both are fully managed — we install, update and monitor Lavalink v4 for you — and both include LavaSrc and SponsorBlock.
03Why does a faster CPU clock matter for Lavalink?
Lavalink does most of its per-guild work — decoding a source stream and re-encoding it to Opus for Discord — on a single thread per stream. A higher clock finishes that work faster, which reduces audio latency and stutter under load and raises how many simultaneous streams a node can serve cleanly. That is exactly what the Ryzen 7 5700X delivers.
04Which regions can I deploy my node in?
You can deploy in any of our 14 global regions, including the US (Ashburn, New York and Los Angeles). Pick the region closest to your listeners so voice data takes the shortest path to Discord and back, and ask support any time to move your node to a different region.
05What plugins and sources are included?
Every performance plan ships with LavaSrc, SponsorBlock, LavaSearch and the YouTube plugin pre-installed — on all six tiers — plus support for 30+ streaming sources including Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, SoundCloud and Deezer. The node is provisioned within seconds of payment confirmation, and the top tiers also allow custom plugin installs.
06Can I upgrade later without downtime?
Yes. Plans resize live from your dashboard — move up a tier whenever you need more RAM, CPU or headroom and your node, config and credentials stay exactly the same. No re-configuration, no downtime, no migration.
