Kerit Cloud offers hosting solutions for:

• Discord Bots (Node.js, Python, Java, Go)
• Minecraft Servers (Paper, Purpur, Forge, Fabric)
• Lavalink Nodes (Managed & Self-Managed audio streaming nodes)
• Web Hosting & Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs)

We handle server maintenance, network stability, and infrastructure security so you can focus on building your projects.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use strong passwords and keep your account credentials secure
• Regularly back up data; Kerit Cloud is not responsible for data loss caused by user error or software crashes
• Keep all hosted software, plugins, dependencies, and scripts updated
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations

Terms governing financial transactions on Kerit Cloud:

• All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Where another currency is displayed it is an indicative conversion only; your card or account is billed in INR.
• All services must be paid in full before activation or automatic renewal.
• Domestic (INR) payments are processed securely through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Accepted methods include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and supported wallets. Kerit Cloud never stores your full card number or banking credentials. International customers may alternatively pay via PayPal, subject to PayPal's own terms.
• Our products are digital services provisioned and delivered instantly online — there is no physical product, shipping, or delivery involved.

Kerit Cloud provides 24/7 technical support via Discord and Email:

• Scope includes hardware troubleshooting, control panel assistance, and node reachability
• Third-party code debugging, custom plugin creation, and custom Discord bot programming are outside standard support scope
• Abusive language toward support staff will result in ticket closure and account review

Terms for service cancellation and account termination:

• You may cancel your service at any time via the billing portal
• Services unpaid past the billing due date are subject to automatic suspension after 3 days and deletion after 7 days
• Kerit Cloud reserves the right to terminate access for severe breaches of these Terms

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, major upstream internet provider outages, fiber cuts, natural disasters, or governmental regulations.

We implement enterprise-grade hardware isolation, DDoS scrubbing pipelines (Cloudflare & Voxility), and 24/7 server health telemetry. Users remain responsible for securing their individual application access tokens, SSH keys, and database passwords.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process personal data in compliance with DPDP Act 2023 and global privacy frameworks.

Automated security scanners monitor network interfaces to detect outbound DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious scripts. Malicious processes detected by automated telemetry will be isolated automatically.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant modifications will be provided at least 3 days in advance via email or Discord notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and platform code associated with Kerit Cloud are the property of Kerit Cloud. Users retain full ownership of their custom bot code, uploaded game assets, and database content.

By creating an account or placing an order on Kerit Cloud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
